Is there a minimum order amount?
No, we do not have a minimum order amount. However the flat rate would be cheaper if you have bulk purchase.
How much does delivery cost?
Our supplier would mainly be DPD delivery. For the cost you may go the website to check
Can you deliver fresh goods to me?
Currently , we do not sell any Fresh goods. However we will start selling Frozen goods later .
When can I expect my delivery?
Local deliveries are dispatched every morning, Sunday-Friday. Usually, your order will be dispatched the next day from when you order (excluding Saturday). In rare instances, your order may be put on hold to ensure we have the freshest goods for you before we dispatch.
Courier Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon (Mon-Fri), on the same day. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you have selected at the checkout, and your delivery address. You can also track the progress of your delivery at any time with the tracking number provided when your order is dispatched. Please note that our couriers make deliveries on working days (Mon-Fri), so orders placed on Thursday or Friday would arrive in the following week.
What should I do if a problem with my online order?
If you notice a discrepancy or damage to your order, please let us know within 7 day upon you received the products. (returns not acceptable after 7 days) Please also send a digital photograph along with your order number and description for our further investigation , to

What should I do if I wish to return an item bought online?
You are always welcome to return the products. Customer satisfaction is always our top concern. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
