This junmai sake is brewed using snowmelt water and sake rice from Hokkaido, offering a sweet and fruity flavour, reminiscent of a white wine. The alcohol content has been reduced to the lowest possible level, making it a light and refreshing sake. Best enjoyed well-chilled. Alcohol by Volume: 12%
